BEAST was a was a period of intense fitness training,.we lived near to Kerry center at the time, Kerry center is a hotel but also has a gym with a basketball court and a tennis court, So we used Kerry center for this project.
We had a plan, there was plan A and plan B, every week we would choose a plan and we will exercise according to it most of the day. We did a lot of body-weight exercises and also did stretching, jumping and playing basketball / tennis. Occasionally we do tests, to see if we improved and we also change our plans based on how things go. And our goal isn’t to do this for a amount of time, it’s to achieve achieve the goals we set for ourselves.
I think the tests are extra useful because it help us know what we really need to improve on.
