I first learned French with my french mentor Elsa. We learned by making connections in my mind with objects and French words, we also had a method where Elsa would say a short story we made up and I would act it out. Later, I went to the French Alliance class to learn. after that, I could understand French and speak some basic French. Even though I forgot most of it now, I could easily pick it up and use it!
